We sell a wide range of fair and ethically sourced products from kitchenware, giftware, accessories and toys to our largest category of food and beverage. We have three sales channels; online, wholesale and retail stores. The eCommerce Assistant is a critically important role responsible for supporting our growing eCommerce channel.

The Role

The eCommerce Assistant works with the eCommerce and Marketing team to increase sales through the online platform.  Responsibilities include digital marketing activities such as search engine optimisation, social media and e-newsletters as well as other duties including data analytics and content management.

 

Selection Criteria

·         Sound understanding of digital marketing principles and best practice

·         Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite

·         Experience driving sales through Social Media

·         Experience creating email newsletters

·         Familiarity with eCommerce tools which may include Marketo, Magento, Adwords and Google Analytics

We can offer you

·         A base salary of $53,000 plus superannuation and access to generous NFP tax concessions (specifically, a salary packaging scheme offering up to $18,450 of your salary tax free)
