P.E Nation are expanding our Online team and looking for a talented E-Commerce Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all back-end day-to-day operations and maintenance of the website
  • All product creation and data upload including barcode entry, SEO input, product details and imagery
  • Creating descriptions for all online products with a strong understanding of copywriting as a key selling tool
  • Daily product merchandising online in accordance to weekly sales, high and low performers and marketing activities
  • All content upload and management on the e-commerce platform including homepage banners, static content, blog posts and daily instashop linking
  • Complete daily audits of all styles active on the e-commerce store to ensure complete consistency and correct information is present including prices, descriptions, cross-selling details
  • Facilitating all online promotional activity including product mark down, creation of “shop by edit” categories and cart price rules
  • Daily cross checking of all systems to ensure complete consistency across all platforms including stock movement, order processing and inventory control
  • Ensuring all site functionalities are performing correctly and having the ability to perform thorough testing and problem solving before escalating to manager
  • Actively seeking new opportunities for the e-commerce store through diligent monitoring and identifying UX roadblocks
  • Working closely with Customer Care in monitoring all orders to ensure correct exporting, processing and dispatch
  • Working closely with Customer Care in ensuring a high standard of Customer Service is met at all times and processes are put in place to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Managing the company Facebook with daily content posts in accordance to content calendar, community management ensuring responses to comments and messages that are in line with company policy
  • Assisting Digital Manager with weekly e-commerce reporting, sales analysis and stock movement
  • Managing affiliates program
  • Managing Farfetch platform
  • Assisting Digital Manager with adhoc tasks when required

 To be successful in this role you must have:

  • One to two years in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience working with Magento or similar CMS platform
  • A strong understanding of the online marketplace with appreciation of how all contributing elements of e-commerce work together to reach sales targets and objectives
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience in copywriting
  • An understanding of garment construction, fit and performance
  • Exceptional time management skills in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about the digital retail landscape and staying ahead of the e-commerce game
