SENSO is looking for an E-Boutique Assistant to join our small, friendly & hardworking team based in Surry Hills.  The role will vary but will mainly consist of  the below; 

·       Fulfilling online orders/ processing returns

·       Attending to enquiries via email, phone, facebook and online chat

·       Entering data and maintaining internal systems

·       Stocktaking & maintaining stockroom    

·       Uploading new arrivals & general e-boutique maintenance

·       Generating monthly reports

·       Uploading product to FarFetch

·       Re-ordering stock

 

 In order to be successful in this role, you will need hold the below skills:

·       Great administrative, communication & customer service skills

·       Proficient in Word, Excel & Shopify

·       Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

·       Proactive, efficient and willing to learn

·       A positive attitude and intiative

·       Experience in a similar role

 

 

Your role is not limited to the above and will include a wide variety of other duties. This will change from time to time, and depending on your ambition, your role has the opportunity to grow to include many other responsibilities.
