What we’re looking for
Due to unprecedented growth over the last 3 years, Playground XYZ are expanding their sales team. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, go-getting Sales Coordinator to join our fun team!
Supporting the Account Director, you will be working across a fast paced & exciting patch of key accounts within a selection of tier 1 & tier 2 agencies.
Being a hybrid role, the successful candidate will have experience working in digital account support, with a reputation of providing best in class customer service for your clients. A trusted extension to your agency planning teams, you will be comfortable having digital & programmatic conversations with ease.
A high growth opportunity role, you will be provided training & mentorship from top PXYZ sales team members to develop your skill-set to reach your goal of being the next Digital Sales Superstar, whilst still having the opportunity to work autonomously.
Through your self starter mindset, you will be driven to open up new revenue opportunities, being proactive whilst farming existing client relationships to take them to the next level, demonstrating your insatiable passion & appetite for Mobile creative innovation.
Main duties / responsibilities
Support the Account Director in day to day account management & sales duties including: Preparing brief responses, (media schedules & PPT), strategy & mock requests using our internal tools & resources
Work efficiently with internal teams to ensure client deadlines are met, campaigns are set live on time, optimised to strong results with full delivery
Help prepare campaign reporting, PCA’s & sales collateral
Maintain sales pipeline & campaign forecasting
Have an understanding of programmatic trading & platforms to support agency traders & internal teams across trouble-shooting & delivery management
Demonstrate knowledge of the digital landscape including: Mobile rich media, 3rd party verification tags & the web publisher landscape to be seen as a digital evangelist & an extension to your agencies teams
Take Playground XYZ’s unique product offering to win new accounts within your patch
Farm existing agency business to grow new revenue streams, finding positive stories within campaign data to upsell & retain client spend
Have a commercial mindset & be proactive, generating new revenue driving ideas
Face to face meetings across your key accounts & supporting the AD in agency client presentations
Integrate yourself socially within your agency patch by attending lunches & evening entertainment where required
Be a team PLAYA adhering to PXYZ’s principles & working as a team to reach our company goals
Skills / experience
– Minimum 1 years experience in a Digital support role with sales experience favoured (can be agency or publisher side)
– Fantastic written & verbal communication skills (presentation skills favoured)
– A hunter & nurturer mindset with strong attention to detail
– Skilled in PPT & Excel
– Understand agency structures & planning / buying cycles
– Analytical thinker & problem solver
– Punctual & good time management skills with the ability to deliver things on time.
– Have a strong work ethic, be personable and willing to go the extra mile to service their clients & support your teammates
– Role only available to people holding Australian citizenship or an existing working visa
