We are on the hunt for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator that is passionate about travel and has an eye for luxury.

A rare opportunity to join our team, the successful candidate will play a key role planning and executing new and existing digital communication programs for Captain’s Choice, in a fiercely competitive, yet really exciting market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in making Captain’s Choice a digital leader in the luxury market, connecting, engaging and converting consumers across digital platforms
  • Coordinate and plan the digital marketing calendar and ensure cohesion with campaigns, content plans and brand activities
  • Coordinate and drive digital communications to increase brand prospects and repeat guests including implementation of e-communications and social media
  • Coordinate databases and assist in planning digital database acquisition initiatives
  • Assist in the planning and implementing all digital marketing strategies for brand, customer loyalty and direct response campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and assess against company goals
  • Create and re-purpose content for use across digital platforms
  • Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including web and digital creative agencies, as well as internal creative and digital specialists

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • 2 to 3 years digital marketing experience
  • Appreciation for luxury brands and clients
  • Passion for travel and customer experience driven focus
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative with adaptable qualities
  • High attention to detail, extremely creative and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of data list management and email marketing
  • Experience with online data tracking, reporting and analytics with an understanding of online media metrics
  • Collaborative approach to team work with strong interpersonal skills
  • Competent in WordPress and Graphic Design Software
