Join our growing team in customer service with full training on systems and products. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product enquiries for beauty and haircare 
  • Answer general enquiries
  • Process orders and liaise with packing staff
  • Track and trace deliveries
  • Handle complaints and resolve accordingly
  • Manage social media queries and comments.

Skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Previous customer service minimum of 2 years. 
  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • The ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
  • Bonus if you have experience with Shopify 
  • Must have a permanent residency
