We are a men’s luxury tailoring business called P Johnson.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to assist us across both the customer service function as well as in an operational capacity as a showroom assistant.
· Full-time role (Tuesday-Saturday) – varied responsibilities, every day will be different!
· Inner city location

MUST HAVE FULL LICENSE
The customer service aspect of the role would involve assisting the CS team manage inbound inquiries, ensuring that we get back to our clients in a timely fashion while making sure that every interaction with our brand is a great client experience, you will be both on the phone and on email dealing with client issues and inquiries.
The showroom assistant aspect of your role would involve supporting the tailors with the logistics of the business. This would involve unpacking deliveries, picking up and dropping off alterations across our showrooms and essentially be the absolute go to for movements of stock across the business.
This is a really interactive and collaborative effort so we would require the successful applicant to have the following skills:
· High attention to detail
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent communication skills to communicate with the back of house team and the tailors
