Brandalism is looking for a Content Marketing Assistant to join our team.

 

If you have a love for social media marketing and a passion for written content production, then this is the job for you! You will work alongside a motivated and innovative team of content marketing managers, who are keen to teach and upskill a passionate individual with an eye for great content. 

 

You will work closely with all staff to produce short-form content for a wide variety of clients, across a wide variety of social channels, in addition to other content marketing tasks across the business. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our content marketing managers to come up with content that follows the clients marketing strategy and the internal brief 
  • Develop and write engaging and shareable content across a range of social platforms, inline with the clients TOV
  • Brainstorming and pro-actively generating innovative and relevant content ideas that will drive client objectives
  • Become a team expert on our clients brand guidelines and TOV so that you can deliver content inline with the client’s look and feel
  • Assistance with monthly client reporting
    Responding to ad hoc content requests as required

 

Core competencies

  • Proven copywriting, editing and proofreading ability with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a specific brand voice translating that to effective social media content.
  • Comfortability researching and developing topics for B2B and B2C clients
  • Strong level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to work efficiently and to a deadline, making decisions along the way and prioritising all tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A mix of creative flair and analytical thought.

 

Experience and education

  • 1+ years of experience with short form content writing across social media
  • Demonstrated experience creating written content for holistic multi-channel strategies
  • Technology skills (MAC and Google Drive savvy)
  • Tertiary qualifications
