ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a Full Time Boutique & Operations Manager who is ready to push their limits, is hard working and entrepreneurial in their approach to business management. They must be able to inspire a team and lead them to deliver exceptional customer service and build a loyal clientele. Their presentation standards will be immaculate, they have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. They will be a career retailer with strong motivation to achieve sales targets both in store and online.

 

This role is responsible for: 

  • Managing the sales, customer service and operations for a boutique and online business
  • Updating the online store so that product is available to sell and presented in line with brand presentation standards
  • Nurturing and building a VIP client database
  • Managing inventory
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing a team to deliver sales results and an exception level of customer service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven management experience with exceptional sales results
  • A strong communicator
