Ensuring the web leads are replied to in an efficient and timely manner, answering phones and assisting design team in project quoting and scheduling.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a mature and professional approach, a high level of communication and problem-solving skills. As we are a company which is expanding quickly, we are looking for those who are open to flexibility whilst developing additional skills and furthering their careers as we grow.
Previous admin/sales experience will be an advantage.
- Answering phones
- Web lead/email account management
- Assisting in sales and project quoting/visual quote schedules
- Liaising with our overseas office in China
- Providing smooth client communication and service
- Customer happiness and support

- Being highly organised with a good sense of time management is essential
