About the Role 

As an Account Coordinator you will work closely with an Account Manager, and report into the Account Director. 


Your key accountabilities 

  • Showroom+ Stock Management | Lead dynamic and engaging showroom activity across all accounts and ensure the showroom space is representative of the Two Birds Talking brand. Including effective stock management. 
  • Media Management | Drive product placement opportunities for clients and develop trusted relationships with media contacts.
  • Social Content+ Seeding | Manage the seeding process whilst identifying and nurturing relationships with emerging and established talent through regular, relevant and consistent engagement. 
  • Research | Across people, places, partners and more for our industry & our brands
  • PR Database Management | Unearthing, sourcing & updating key contacts – across media, talent, social & more.
  • Activations| Lead end to end RSVP management including invitation distribution through to client facing briefing documents.  
  • Operations and Internal | Lead day to day office admin and support Two Birds Talking processes across client and internal requirements.



  • Internship experience in a PR or communications agency
  • A Degree in communications, mediaor PR. 
  • Attention to detail
  • A self-starter, with a positive can-do attitude
  • An ability to work collaboratively as a team
  • Curiosity and thirst for knowledge– with their finger on the pulse of our industry
