MASH Marketing are Australian-wide specialists providing promotional, corporate event and in-store sales staff.  We activate over 400 projects every year and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Sydney office to help support these projects.

Offering more than simply staffing, we pride ourselves on guaranteeing exceptional service to our clients and staff members alike. And while staffing is our core business, we operate an entirely flexible service – making this an opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s best known brands such as Westfield, Lego & Peugeot (to name a few) and agencies, to implement flawless experiential campaigns and award-winning events.

This role will support our account team in the implementation of new and existing campaigns.

Our work is all about people, and as such, we are looking for someone who can engage with a large field team and get the best out of them. You need to be organised and logical, and react well to sometimes strict time and budget restrictions.  You will be working on a huge variety of campaigns – from flash mobs to hit squad activity and festivals to shopping centre tours. A key part of this role will be ensuring the right Mashers are booked on your campaigns, that these Mashers are motivated and briefed for each campaign day, whilst providing campaign logistical support to your Account Manager and the client.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing or Events and be happy to balance their time between the office and offsite at one of the many activations we manage.

You will need to have:

> Excellent attention to detail

> Strong administration and organisational skills

> Good level of professionalism

> Heaps of initiative and enthusiasm

> Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines

> Good interpersonal and communication skills
