NASA Reckons Having This Plant In Your Bedroom Can Help Cure Snoring

There’s no hell on Earth quite like cohabiting with a snorer. You get no sleep, they dream the dreams of the ignorant. It is theeeeee worst.

Well, NASA reckons they’ve got a potential solution for you all. And it won’t cost you a million bucks.

See, they say the humble pineapple plant could be the cure for chronic snoring. It all comes down to oxygen. Apparently according to NASA, the pineapple plant produces more oxygen than most, leading to better in-room air quality which leads to more open airways.

The info is coming from UK store ASDA, who are selling the indoor versions at the moment.

“According to NASA studies, Pineapple Plants produce oxygen and improve air quality throughout the night and, therefore, aid better (and quieter) sleep,” a spokesperson for the supermarket chain said recently in a statement.

Indoor pineapple plants can be a bit tricky to find in Oz, but if you hunt around a bit at nurseries you could hit the jackpot. They’re not known to be pricey, which is great news.

If you CBF, NASA also have Aloe Vera as a top indoor plant when it comes to air purification, due to its constant continuous release of oxygen through the night.

Even if you’re not a snorer – how tempting is purer air? Very tempting.
