At PEDESTRIAN.TV, we independently choose and write about stuff we love and think you’ll froth too. We have affiliate partnerships so we might get a bit of money from any purchase you make based on our recs, cool? Cool. FYI – prices are accurate and items in stock at the time of posting.

Owning a robot vacuum has always been a life goal of mine. That seems silly and superficial, I know. But I'm a time-poor gal, and my mum always goes on about how she's basically in love with her robo vac. Well, my dream is about to become a reality because ECOVACS is launching its most heavily discounted Amazon Prime Day sale from now until July 13, with discounts of up to 73 per cent off across its range of automated robot vacuums, mop combos and window cleaners.

Right now, there are 12 hero products on sale where you can save yourself hundreds of dollars. For example, the T30S PRO is now at its lowest price ever at just $549 (usually $1,999). It's supposed to be an all-rounder for everyday homes, focusing on hair, dust and debris. It vacuums AND mops, and when it finishes mopping the tiles and transitions over to carpet, it detects the change in flooring and automatically lifts the mop head by nine millimetres to prevent getting the carpet wet.

Sounds like sorcery, but it's not.

Go baby! (Image: ECOVACS)

The ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S Pro Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop has what the brand calls ZeroTangle 3.0 technology. With an ARClean Anti-Tangle Side Brush and a Roller Brush with a triple-V structure, the brand says this robot vacuum has a zero per cent rate of hair getting caught up in the brushes, including long ass human hair.

IDK about you, but I'd love to not have to cut my hair out of my vacuum cleaner's head with scissors every couple months.

It also washes the mop heads with hot water when it docks, so you’re not just pushing yesterday’s dirt around. Basically, it’s doing a deeper clean than I ever manage when I drag out the old bucket and mop.

Its little home is pretty neat. (Image: ECOVACS)

Speaking of its dock, that's a hard worker, too. The OMNI Station auto-empties the robot vacuum for up to 90 days, has 75°C hot water mop washing, 45°C hot air drying, automatic cleaning solution dispensing, and self-cleaning with dual scrapers.

One factor to consider is that if you live in a double-storey house, it can't climb up or down the stairs. However, its mapping abilities mean it won't topple down once it's on the second floor.

I mean, if it's gonna do all the hard work for me, I'm happy to spare 15 seconds to carry it up a floor.

The ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S Pro Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop is available to purchase exclusively on Amazon. While it retails for $1,599, it's on sale for $649 until Sunday!

ECOVACS WINBOT Lite

The brand has launched another fun new product, also available exclusively on Amazon: the ECOVACS WINBOT Lite ($399, usually $549). This fun gadget is for those of you who love the look of squeaky clean windows, but CBF grabbing the Windex and doing it yourself (why does it always end up streaky?!).

It's giving leech. (Image: ECOVACS)

The WINBOT latches onto your window and uses a mapping system to figure out how best to get to work. It has four corner brushes and an Ultrasonic Atomization Spray System to get rid of dust and stains. It has a 55mm ultra slim design — the slimmest, lightest of the range — so it can reach those narrow, hard-to-clean spots on your windows and mirrors.

I know my nonna and nonno would absolutely eat this window cleaning contraption up.

Both are definitely nice-to-haves rather than home cleaning essentials, but if you want to tick a couple of chores off your to-do list without actually having to do them, then might I suggest taking a squiz at both deals on Amazon before the sale ends on Sunday.
