WATCH: ‘Wellness Clubbing’ Is Melbourne’s Newest Fitness Craze

Going to the club, downing shots* and raving till sweat drops down your balls.
Can this be considered healthy? Didn’t think so.
Until today. This morning, Melbourne‘s Bond Lounge Bar was taken over by Bodhi & Ride, a boutique wellness studio that specialises in ride (cycling) and flow (yoga).
A bunch of enthusiastic fit-people worked up a sweat in the award-winning nightclub (which boasts copper curtains worth a whopping $130,000, no less), while certified bangers were spun in the background. *Those shots I mentioned earlier were green, and made of juice.
PEDESTRIAN.TV went down and checked it out (fully sober, at 11:30 bloody AM, mind you). In short, it was… hekkas.
A tonne of familiar faces were there, including Frances Abbott, Tully Humphrey of Tully Lou and Neighbours actress Ariel Caplan.
Special mention goes out to participant Jansen Andre (aka Sebastian, J’amie King‘s 11-year-old boyfriend from Summer Heights High) who we spotted going HAM on the exercise bike.
he was so smol
If you wanna see how hard puberty hit lil Sebastian, and the rest of the day’s fun, you can watch the sweaty snapstory below. We’ve got a feeling this is one craze that might just catch on.
