WATCH: Dude Breaks Deadlift Record With 465kg Lift, Somehow Doesn’t Shit Dacks

An English Strongman by the name of Eddie Hall has set a new world record for the heaviest deadlift of all time.

He held the previous world record of 462kgs, but came around on Friday and smashed that right out of the park at the Arnold Strongman Classic in Ohio:
It’s hard not to watch the vid without violently cringing – waiting for the vein in his forehead to explode, or for his back to snap in half, or for his knees to invert on themselves, rendering him a wobbling slop of jelly on the floor.
Thankfully, none of the above happen, and instead he absolutely murders it.

How does one man lift something so heavy, you ask? Eating a whopping 9,000 calories a day helps:
