If you’re deadset on a certain job you might want to cut that shit out. The universe probs has different plans for you anyway.
Swedish police officer Mikaela Kellner was chilling on her day off when she chased / pinned down a thief back in July. She happened to be wearing a bikini. She happened to be snapped while taking this perp to town. She happened to have a redic rig. She happened to go viral.
“I just acted on instinct and didn’t think about it so much until after we had pinned him down,” she said at the time.
“When I sat there I looked over at our other two friends who are not police officers and realised that it probably looked pretty funny. But I would have stepped in no matter my outfit.”
But now, five months after the fact, Mikaela has decided to hand in her badge after 11 years on the force to become a professional bodybuilder.
It’s not because she’s like, you know, an ~internet sensation~ or ~fitspo stimulation~ though.
“The main reason is that I’ve not felt comfortable with the recent reorganisation,” she said.
“I do not think personnel are being treated fairly, as they should. (Being a police officer) has become a bit like a second identity, and I feel bad about not doing a good job.”
Makes sense then.
