Puppy Yoga Is Coming To Brisbane & Yep, It’s Exactly What It Sounds Like

To celebrate their third birthday, Stretch Yoga in Brisbane are going to hold puppy yoga. Yes, you read that right, puppy yoga (!!!).

What that means is you’ll get to do your extended puppy pose surrounded by puppers that, if you so fancied, you could take home with you. Uh huh, the puppies are up for adoption. Stretch are also holding beginner-friendly Puppy Pilates if you’d rather a work(sn)out.
The 45-minute classes are $50 a pop, but the money will be used to support the legends at the RSPCA – so I guess we can afford that.
Stretch are no stranger to doggos in the studio, with their former teacher Elise Danielle, bringing her beb Sir Winston McDougall along for the odd class.

There’ll be a number of other un-puppered workshops and classes on the big day – July 23 -including yoga for anxiety and a handstand workshop for only a tenner, so I suppose you could try those after you’ve braved this:
