Lactose-Intolerant Humans Rejoice: Ben & Jerry’s Go Dairy-Free, Vegan

It has been a crisis of existential proportions for the lactose-intolerant among us for decades: do you forgo enjoying one of life’s biggest miracles, ice cream, and keep your pants choc-free?
Or do you throw caution to the wind and indulge in dairy, with the very real risk of a dribbly-arsed disaster?
Today, you no longer have to choose.
The cow-filled heavens have opened up, as your cheeky mates at Ben & Jerry’s have announced their first non-dairy creations. Almond milk has been subbed in, and it features in four of their most beloved flavours: Chunky Monkey, Chocolate Fudge Brownie, PB & Cookies and Coffee Caramel Fudge:

The ice cream is vegan, fair-trade and most probably scruuuumdiddlyumptious.
Before you fang off into the sunset towards the nearest Safeway, there’s a slight problem: the flavours are currently only available in the US. But we figure if we throw a big enough tantie about wanting needing it Down Under, ya’ boys Ben & Jerry might throw us a bone.
