Sure, you could strive for peak vitality and wellness. Sunrise yoga, freshly squeezed juice, organic everything — it all sounds great. But I need to be honest with you, it’s not my vibe.
Overhauling my entire routine to fit some antiquated idea of what wellness is just isn’t not the life for me. But adding small and achievable actions that make me feel some semblance of balance? That’s more like it.
