Beer-Protein Shakes Are Being Crowdfunded As We Speak

You know we’re living in the age of entrepreneurial enterprise when the latest in crowdfunded projects is this:
Yep, thanks to some dude with way too much time and nutritional know-how, you could soon kick back with a Brewtein, an alcoholic protein shake, post-workout.
Science has already told us that that post-workout boozing doesn’t have a totally detrimental affect our progress, but self-appointed professional brewtritionist Blake Konrady, creator of Brewtein, reckons his product can actually “help you reach your fitness goals”.
According to Blake’s Kickstarter page, through which he’s trying to crowd fund the $40,000 needed to produce Brewtein and another low-carb beer, Brewtein contains 7g of whey protein, has 5% alcohol and “greater protein content than any other beer in existence.”

Those lofty claims are yet to be substantiated by any sort of expert BTW, but we can get behind anything with a tagline that’s ~Where Your Workout Meets Your Weekend~. How wrong could you go?
Blake’s crowd funding campaign launched a week ago and has so far raised $5,365, with 30 days left to go.
If you want bragging rights for helping fund the world’s first beer-protein shake, chuck the project some $$ HERE.
