Go Find Leg Warmers ‘Cos Ten Just Brought ‘Aerobics: Oz Style’ Back For Iso Workouts

Have you been struggling to find new, interesting workouts that make you wanna whack on your trainers each day? Um, absolutely you have – if isolation has taught us anything, it’s that routine is great… until it’s not.

The number one motivator when it comes to fitness has to be fun. If a workout is fun, you’re gonna be way more keen to get involved if you’re more of a couch potato than a max gains kinda person.

That’s why I almost fell off my chair when I learned Channel Ten is bringing back Aerobics Oz Style.

Chances are, you never actually *did* an Aerobics Oz Style workout. You were probably five or under when the show was airing on TV back in the 90s, and only tuned in because it was on at the crack of dawn – right before everyone’s morning cartoons.

But the workouts themselves were HARDCORE. Sure, the ladies usually wore 90s-chic workout g-bangers (what) and had their hair out and blow-dried, but that didn’t mean they were gonna go easy on you.

Think high intensity, low impact workouts you can do in a small space – genius, really, since we’re all stuck working out in our lounge rooms right now.

There are a whole bunch of quintessentially 90s episodes up on 10Play now.
