Wreck-It-Ralph was easily one of the best CGI-animated films of this decade, and proved without a shadow of a doubt that Disney could crank out some good stuff in that genre without the immediate assistance of their pals at Pixar.
The second film has been teased for a while, and now we’ve got a trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. You may be of the position that ‘breaks the internet’ is a tired gag, but these films have long development pipelines! Please forgive them!
Seriously though, it looks fun. Where the first one was a tour through retro video game culture – starring a whole raft of classic gaming characters – this one involves Ralph and co making their way into the internet. So yes: there are indeed jokes about cats and eBay.
