‘Bachelor’ Fave Tara Admits She Smashed Some Macca’s After Her Booting

There’s been an interesting recurring theme on the current season of The Bachelor, and it’s one that works well against the show’s driving premise: a fair few of the women eliminated from the competition for Matty J’s heart simply do not care. And, last night, Tara Pavlovic became one of them.

After the rose ceremony saw long-time front runner Laura Byrne and Elise Stacy through to the show’s climactic finale, Pavlovic spoke to Woman’s Day about her ceremonial booting from the matchmaking juggernaut.

“I really couldn’t give a shit about Matty,” the 27-year-old said. (That’s despite initially saying her heart was broken by the elimination, but hey.)

Explaining she was pretty chill with not receiving a rose as she was never really in love with the fella, Pavlovic said the whole experience was “pretty easy to get over,” and that “I didn’t even think about him as soon as I left the mansion.”

She told the mag that she took a b-line to Macca’s as soon as she could after the elimination, and a not-at-all-fussed Instagram post after the episode suggests she just wanted to smash a frothie.

As for whether she’d recycle herself for a season of The Bachelorette, Pavlovic took a wee bit of a swipe at Matty.

“I just don’t think I could drag people through that for my own personal gain,” she said.

Could just take a swing at that waiter, tbh.

The finale arrives on Thursday. Get your nuggets ready, fam.
