Russell Coight Gets Owned By A Crab In Promo For New ‘All Aussie Adventures’

Russell Coight All Aussie Adventures Glenn Robbins

It’s been a long 16 years since our TV screens were last blessed with outback expert Russell Coight (Glenn Robbins), the star of classic mockumentary series All Aussie Adventures. Ever since Channel Ten first teased us with the news that he’d be returning for an eight-episode third season, we’ve been impatiently waiting to see what the bumbling khaki-clad adventurer would get up to next.

In preparation for the Season 3 premiere next Sunday night, Russell has released a promo video with a tantalising look at what’s the come in the new season, in which, speaking to camera for the first time since his early-noughties heyday, he promises he’s “at the top of his game”.

Check out the footage below.

We see him doing what he does best, which is obviously getting completely owned by mother nature and also by a large water container, a speeding 4X4 and a boat that looks about ready to explode.

Honestly, the fact that Russ is still alive after 16 years and hasn’t fallen into a small ravine, never to be seen again, is the stuff of miracles.

All Aussie Adventures premieres Sunday August 5 at 7.30pm on Ten, with the first episode including Russell getting bush-tracking tips from an Indigenous mate and most likely forgetting all of them, helping a group of girl guides and dealing with the removal of a venomous snake from a shed. What could possibly go wrong?
