In news I wasn’t entirely prepared for today — it’s Monday morning, I need to be eased into drama — a tabloid report is claiming that the Honey Badger aka Nick Cummins will be appearing on Angie Kent‘s upcoming season of The Bachelorette as an intruder.

A ~unnamed source~ told the magazine that Nick, who famously didn’t choose any woman after his stint on The Bachelor last year, is keen to reappear on the franchise to “redeem himself”.
Following the backlash Nick copped after his season, he feels it would be a great opportunity to rewrite the past and show Australia the new Nick. Coming back as a contestant will be a totally different experience than being the Bachelor. It’s a lot less pressure and hopefully a more relaxed environment where he can be himself this time.
I mean, if I was Nick I’d stay as far away from reality TV as I could possibly manage, like moving to a remote island or the middle of the outback. Going back on the show seems like an extremely bad idea? Especially when the Bachelorette is beloved Angie of Gogglebox fame — and if you hurt Angie, you hurt us all.
The Bachelorette will air later in the year after hot astrophysicist Matt Agnew tries his hand at being the Bachie at the end of this month.
