For their next trick, Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth have swapped their Asgardian armour for agency issued black suits in the shiny new trailer for Men in Black: International.

Directed by F. Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious, Straight Outta Compton) this Men in Black spinoff sees newbie Agent M (Thompson) team up with the seasoned Agent H (Hemsworth) for another alien-ass-kicking adventure.

Emma Thompson returns as Agent O and Liam Neeson steps in as High T.

In MiB: International, the buddy agents take on The Hive – seemingly powerful intergalactic beings that can shapeshift into anyone, including MiB agents. That’s right, the agency has been compromised and it’s up to Agent M and Agent H to find the mole.

The trailer also reveals the origins of Thompson’s character. Turns out, Agent M became a tad obsessed with the MiB after she watched two agents wipe her parents’ memories when she was a kid.

Oh, and we get a little peek at “the most powerful weapon in the galaxy.”

The film also stars Rebecca Ferguson, Rafe Spell, the Les Twins AKA Laurent Bourgeois and Larry Bourgeois, and the brilliant Kumail Nanjiani voices a wee pint-sized – very adorable – alien named Pawny.

Men in Black: International flies into cinemas June 13.

In the meantime, you can catch Valkyrie and Thor in Avengers: Endgame, in cinemas right now.
