New ‘KUWTK’ Trailer Does Little To Convince Us Jordyn Woods Drama Wasn’t Staged

A few days back, we published a detailed investigation, an exposé, if you will, where we provided solid facts that suggest the Jordyn Woods / Tristan Thompson cheating drama was nothing but a marketing ploy for ratings.

Today, a brand new trailer for the next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians landed and it’s done nothing to prove the validity of the scandal. It’s done quite the opposite, in fact.

Since the show’s inception, Kim Kardashian has always been the focal point. All the dramatic storylines centred on her life and therefore the trailers were all KIM KIM KIM, but for the upcoming season, Khloé Kardashian is conveniently spotlighted along with her fragile relationship with Tristan Thompson following one stupid weekend” where the “liar” NBA star demolish[ed] a relationship.”

Sure, the love rat father of True Thompson is known to have cheated on Koko while she was pregz, but come on people, she supposedly found out about that almost an entire year ago and it was already covered in Season 15 of the show. It was the main storyline, in fact.

Since then she’s taken him back and they’ve moved forward with their relationship, but here she is in the trailer balling over a cheating incident as if it’s brand new.

My theory? I reckon if the rumours are true and the show is staged, she filmed emotional scenes where she was devo about her boyfriend’s infidelity like it just happened in order to slip it into the trailer and make fans think the upcoming season will include the Jordyn Woods scandal in order to bolster ratings.

They’d already milked the OG cheating scandal in the previous season and now they needed to keep the controversy (or should that be kontroversy?) going by playing into the uNfAiThFuL storyline, this time with an added layer of drama: Miss Woods.

Oh, and while we’re on the topic of Jordyn, notice how she not only appears in the trailer, but has a moment where the entire family lovingly toast to the model and Kylie Jenner so as to draw attention to their friendship?

Extremely curious timing considering their friendship is currently on the rocks following the cheating scandal.

It’s also v. interesting that they’ve decided to give a shoutout to Jordyn in the trailer and let fans know that she’ll be involved in the new season considering she has never featured in a previous KUWTK trailer, EVER.

Following the failure of Life of Kylie, the spin-off series that centred on Kylie and Jordyn’s friendship, the model had basically been cast into the abyss of unprofitable Kar-Jenner clan members, alongside the likes of Rob Kardashian.

But here she is, supposedly ahead of the drama, front and centre in the trailer when she’s never been important enough to land a scene in the promos? I don’t buy it.

“You called me and said you were the watch dog,” Khlo says, as if to refer to someone watching over Tristan to make sure he didn’t cheat.

Curiously, it’s Kylie’s voice that’s heard next saying, “I just hope that there’s a light at the end of this tunnel, but I don’t see it right now.”

The way they’ve set it up to seem like Kylie is responding to Khloé, considering it was Kylie’s bestie who Tristan banged, is very suss, IMO.

In one heated scene, Khloé screams “LIAR!” at her phone while sitting with her bestie Malika who, as you’ll remember, was going off on Woods via social media shortly after the news broke, almost in unison with Khloé.

Kardashian commented on a post about the incident with a series of the preach sis-esque emojis and Malika commented on another post, writing, “These hoes ain’t loyal.”

It’s also worth mentioning that the first trailer for Season 16 dropped on the same day it was announced that Jordyn Woods would be starring on Jada Pinkett-Smith‘s Red Table Talk to spill the tea.

The timing, people. Think about the timing. A few things aren’t adding up here and it’s so bloody obvious.

Anyway, regardless of whether or not you’re a Kar-Jenner konspiracy theorist, suss out the trailer below ‘coz the drama is extra spicy either way:
