The Extraness Of The Kardashians & Kanye Cannot Be Contained By ‘Family Feud’

Here is something you may not have been aware of when you woke up this morning: Kanye West LOVES Family Feud – and after this you might too.

Yes, Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian, along with some of Yeezy’s cousins, went up against the rest of the Kardashians – Kris Jenner, Kendall JennerKhloé Kardashian, Kris’ mum, a cousin, a best friend – on Celebrity Family Feud with the very expressive and always enthusiastic Steve Harvey last night.

And by all accounts/just watch the thing, when the ep was filmed back in February, the two clans had a blast – back in the long, long ago, before it was revealed that Tristan Thompson was very likely cheating on Khloé, before Ye admitted that he loved Trump (“He is my brother“), before Kendall DGAF about having visible nips on the red carpet twice in two days. They were lighter, heady days, before the birth of both Ye, the record, and of Khloé’s daughter True.

The episode starts with Kimmy K declaring herself “the biggest Family Feud fan“: “That’s all we do, every single night, we just watch Family Feud, like once a day.”

Gotta have the Feud!” Kanye cries, grinning broadly. (God I hope that’s true, because it sounds delightful.)

Meanwhile, Khloé quickly set up the rivalry between herself and Kim: “We’ve been fighting. I’m ready for this Feud. Me and Kim: Kim, I got you.” Which sets the tone for our personal fave moment in the ep, when Khloé refuses to shake Kimmy K’s hand:

Through the course of the episode – on top of discovering that honest to God nothing makes West grin more than Family Feud – we found out that in a wild party setting where everybody’s naked (???), and also just late at night, Yeezy insists they lock the door to keep their kids, the adorbs North, Saint and Chicago, out: “I don’t need ’em sneakin’ in the room.”

There’s plenty of videos online for you to mine if you’re into it – including a couple where West says Harvey would be a good kisser because of his lips and moustache. And while the Kardashians won the game, West won $25,000 for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, so the real winner is the kids.

With the episode, the Wests and Kardashians join a slew of celebs who have competed for charity on the show, from Snoop Dogg to Amy Schumer.

And let’s be real, it’s all good content. If you fall asleep tonight in a deep Family Feud on YouTube hole, all I can say is, you’re welcome.
