Weddings. Not exactly portals for the supernatural on the most ordinary of days. Yet despite this, we’ve now got at least one unholy matrimony forever tarnished by the fearsome presence of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. Y’know, sort of.
Notorious Twitter funny person Jesse McLaren aka McJesse posted a string of photos to the ye olde’ Toots earlier today, detailing how his sister allegedly requested he take photos of her blessed wedding day.
Being the resourceful perpetual content device that he is, McLaren took it upon himself to not only “take” the photos, but then to subsequently hide a little IT-related menace in each one.
Nothing prominent that immediately catches the eye.
Just a subtle little Pennywise.
Faded into the background.
Lurking.
Watching.
Waiting.

Ahh yep. Great.
This is fine. It’s great, actually. Not at all wholly fucked.
I love it. To me, it’s not even terrifying in the slightest. A demon clown lurking in the woods? Normal.
Who just threw up in their mouth a little? Definitely not this guy, that’s for sure.
‘Course anyone familiar with McLaren’s infinitely good work on the Tweets will know that there’s a fair-to-good chance those are stock photos that he’s had a little fun with and this “sister” doesn’t even exist.
But man, like all good jokes, the laugh is way more important than the reality.
Seriously though, this presents a fair argument to scrap weddings as a concept altogether *just in case*.
