Notorious spoiler-man Tom Holland is copping a bit of heat online after he spoiled the ending of Avengers: Endgame, that ginormous film that came out two whole months ago. Sure, life’s an unforgiving mess and sometimes you just can’t fit in a good movie – I haven’t watched John Wick 3 yet – but why, why would you tune into an interview about Endgame’s direct sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home? There was a goddamn spoiler warning at the beginning of its trailer.
Appearing on The Graham Norton Show over the weekend, Holland explained: “The film is a direct continuation of Avengers: Endgame, so we deal with the ramifications of the blip, of the death of Tony Stark.”
*GASP*
To his credit, he did apologise afterwards… not without some shade: “Sorry if anyone hasn’t seen the film! If you haven’t, then you’re living under a rock, to be honest.”
Not to mention, the Russo Brothers – directors – officially dropped the spoiler ban on May 6. But alas, some punters were pissed, genuinely pissed.
#grahamnorton oh, cheers, Tom Holland! I haven't seen Avengers Endgame yet. Thanks for the massive spoiler

People need to relax, screwing at Tom Holland. Mate, if you haven't seen Endgame, you clearly are not fan. It has been out for two months.

As an aside, Tom Hanks shared the couch with Holland on Graham Norton and the two flexed their acting skills in a Toy Story 4-inspired exercise. Hanks reckons the team on Toy Story just love making him “wring every possible meaning from a line” when he’s voicing Woody. So to demonstrate, Hanks pretended to be a director and asked Holland to perform a piece of dialogue differently over and over.
“The cue is: ‘Would you like some coffee?'” he explained of the little exercise. “And the line you have to say is, ‘Coffee? You think I want more coffee? Boy do I need more coffee.'”
