Full disclosure: I zone in and out of Love Island but I do know enough to write that Grant and Tayla winning Australia’s first ever season (and most likely not the last) of the extremely drama-rich show has pleased the majority of the nation… In comparison to Eden and Erin taking the win.
There may have been a bunch of ~ rumours ~ and ~ pictures ~ suggesting Crapp had a girlfriend on the outside, but alas Grant and Tayla’s love conquered the tumultuous and literal challenge. Ain’t that sweet?
Anywhoo, Crapp and Tayla winning means they copped the extremely nice prize of $50,000 because Tayla chose to split the dollars instead of keeping them for herself and running off into the sunset. They also won each other’s love (???).

Speaking to Now to Love, Grant and Tayla said they already have plans for that $50K:
Tayla said they’re going to use some of the money to move to Sydney together while Grant wants to use his half to help out a mate currently recovering in hospital.
“I’ve won having met Tayla and so if I can help him I will. I just want to see him come out strong,” Grant said.
The money remaining will go to another lush but hopefully dramaless holiday.
