OG ‘American Horror Story’ Stars Connie Britton & Dylan McDermott Are Home

It’s all happening, folks – Ryan Murphy has dropped yet another excellent look at the upcoming eighth season of American Horror Story, titled Apocalypse. This time we’ve copped our first look at the return of Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott from way back in season one of AHS, Murder House.

Last month we all found out season eight would be a crossover between Murder House and Coven (season three) which means so many reunions and character returns. Already we’ve been blessed with the news that Jessica Lange, who plays Constance Langdon, will be returning to the series. Taissa Farmiga (Zoe), Gabourey Sidibe (Queenie), Lily Rabe (Misty), Frances Conroy (Myrtle), and Stevie Nicks (herself, the white witch) are all locked in too so it’s a real family affair.

Britton and McDermott shall reprise their roles of Vivien and Ben Harmon, respectively. Their daughter, Violet Harmon, will also be back and played by Farmiga so she’ll be reprising both her Murder House and Coven roles.

Season eight will also have Cody Fern star as Michael Langdon, the bloody demon child of Vivien and Tate Langdon. Last time we saw Michael he was in the care of Constance… that’ll be fun.

Back to OG mum and dad, Murphy captioned the post: “Connie and Dylan. The Harmon’s in their forever AHS home…Murder House.”

The memories.

Earlier in the week, we also copped our first look at Sarah Pulson‘s new character – Ms. Wilhemina Venable, a terrifying lotto lady.

Per VarietyPaulson will be triple-timing it so she’ll be playing the psychic Billie Dean Howard, the Supreme witch Cordelia Foxx, and creepy lotto lady.

The amazing actor will also be directing the sixth episode of season eight, the one which will see Lange’s return to the series.

Evan Peters is also set to direct an episode.

Apocalypse will make you crap your dacks, September 12 on FX.
