Since NBC gloriously swept in to save the beloved series from cancellation, we’ve had snippets here and there of what to expect in the upcoming season. First off, when the cast and crew dropped by this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Goor said season six will have a special Hitchcock and Scully episode.

“We might see them in their past at some point,” Goor said which would be FAB.

The team are also interested in creating a#MeToo episode. Cast member Terry Crews has been an active voice in the movement especially after sharing his allegation of being sexually assaulted by a Hollywood figure.

The infamous Pontiac Bandit and New York‘s finest, Doug Judy (Craig Robinson)is expected to make his annual return. After much pushing from the good people at TheWrapGoor said he believes Judy will be back for one episode, “Craig will almost definitely be back.”

Season six of Brooklyn Nine Nine is expected to hit NBC midseason 2019. For us, SBS Viceland will air the goodies – fast-tracked because the world is being good.

Season five of B99 will land on Netflix at the end of this month.

Since the news surfaced, the cast including Crews, Andy Samberg, Melissa Fumero, and Stephanie Beatriz all took too their Twitters to celebrate the news.

NINE NINE.

2019 couldn’t come any quicker.
