‘Black Mirror’ S4 Finally Has A Release Date & It’s The Very End Of 2017

Netflix announced today that season 4 of Black Mirror has a release date – and it’s coming a lot sooner than we all expected. It’ll be available for streaming before the end of the year, on December 29th.

The series – which has been produced by Netflix since last season – takes the form of an anthology series in the form of Twilight Zonefocusing on the grim consequences of technologised society. Or, in the eternal words of writer Mallory Ortberg“what if phones, but too much”.

Look, it can be pretty ham-handed at times, but it’s always a great time if you – like me – are absolutely bloody sick of apps. Apps: who needs ’em?

There’s now a full season trailer which gives you the vibe of all the episodes, as well as individual trailers for each episode if you’re the kind of person who needs a teaser for each hour-long ep of an anthology series. Check ’em all out below.
