Big Mouth, Netflix‘s awkwardly messy but much needed animated series about puberty has scored a third season, just over a month after their second season premiered.

Taking to their YouTube earlier today, the streaming giant announced the show’s third season will arrive in 2019. There’s yet to be any specifics about the next season but Netflix did describe it as “Puberty gets even messier”.
The adult toon chucks us into the lives of a couple of teens right in the thick of it – I’m talking self-discovery, mental health, body image, periods, and being real horny all the time.
Right from the get-go, episode one introduces us to Andrew and his ol’ mate the Hormone Monster who won’t stop telling him to jerk off. You also have Andrew’s best mate Nick who’s a bit confused about his penis growth.
In short: it’s a bloody great show we all could’ve used a solid decade ago.
The insanely star-studded cast includes Nick Kroll as the Hormone Monster and Nick, John Mulaney as horny Andrew, Jessi Klein as Jessi, Maya Rudolph as Diane Birch, Fred Armisen as Elliot Birch, Jason Mantzoukas as Jay, and Jordan Peele as the ever so wise Ghost of Duke Ellington.
