If This Spicy ‘Bachelor’ Theory Holds True, Then Brittany Is Defs Our Winner

Sorry to ruin tonight’s Bachelor finale for you guys but you need to know that there’s probably no point in watching, because the winner is probably Britt.

Sure, this is not the first time you have heard the rumour that Britt goes home with Badge‘s heart – and also they may have broken up already – but sit down, pls, because we have historical precedent to back up this theory.

Both Britt and Sophie, our final two, posted pics to Insta of themselves all kitted out in their formal wear in New Caledonia.

Britt wrote a pretty long caption, saying “it’s time to put it all on the line“:

Well, I came on this crazy adventure to hopefully find someone to share my crazy adventures with. In saying that, this has definitely been one of the hardest. I never thought I’d be standing here and feeling what I’m feeling, but seeing as though I am, I guess it’s time to put it all on the line. I’ve been searching for that special person for a long time now… Jump on board tonight at 730pm to see if I found what I’ve been looking for.

Meanwhile Soph was a bit more succinct, and definitely less gushy:

It feels like I closed my eyes at the first @thebachelorau cocktail party, opened them up and now I’m here – in New Caledonia. Where has the time gone?! Thankyou for joining me on this magical journey Tune in tonight ladies and gents. It’s Bachelor finale night  #TheBachelorAu

Anyway, what we’re looking at here is what they’re wearing. Because the winner always wears a lighter shade than the runner-up: usually white, maybe a little shiny like silvery colour or a light kinda gold, probably to be all virginal and/or bride-y. It cannot be a coinky-dink when it has happened FIVE (!!!) times already.

Let’s prove it. In the first season in 2013, Tim Robards chose Anna Heinrich. She wore white, and the runner up Rochelle Emanuel-Smith wore pink.

In 2014 when Blake Garvey chose Sam Frost over Lisa Hyde – but ultimately ended up with third place, Louise Pillidge, at least for a little while – Frost wore glittery silver, and Hyde wore black.

When Sam Wood chose Snezana Markosi over Lana Jeavons-Fellows in 2015, Markosi wore white, and Jeavons-Fellows wore light purple.

Then in 2016, Alex Nation wore gold and Nikki Gogan wore red – and, what’s that, Richie Strahan picked Nation? No, I am so surprised.

Finally last year, Matty Johnson fell for Laura Byrne over Elise Stacy, and what did Byrne wear? it was WHITE because ofc it was, we’re establishing a pattern here. Stacy wore gold. Big mistake, Elise.

This is all incredibly CONCLUSIVE. The colour theory, it holds, and we are incredibly convinced by it, okay.

Anyway, tune in with us tonight when we find out if we’re actually right about this or if the stylin’ ladies have done gone and fooled us. Brought us to believe one thing when actually it’s not. Or maybe Cummins is going home alone. We just don’t know!
