Behold, The Recycled Stars Who Will Populate ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Season 2

The contestants for the second Australian season of Bachelor In Paradise have been revealed, confirming audiences will be treated to awkward grudges and some truly bewildering muscle definition.

At the top of the Bachelor recycle heap are Richie Strahan and Alex Nation, who will lounge around in Fiji after his season of The Bachelor temporarily brought the pair together. It will be Strahan’s third Bachelor appearance, after his debut on Sam Frost‘s season of The Bachelorette and his own Bachelor stint. It will be Alex’s second attempt at televised love.

Elsewhere, there are a few notable names from Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins‘ last season of The Bachelor. Shannon Baff, Cat Henesy, Alisha Aitken-Radburn, Brittney Weldon, Cass Wood, Vanessa Sunshine, and Brooke Blurton, who was once expected to steal Badge’s heart, have all been confirmed.

Cummins is absent from the line-up, by the way. Sorry if this offends.

Some familiar faces from Ali Oetjen‘s recent season of The Bachelorette will return, too. Behold: Nathan Favro, Paddy Colliar, and Bill Goldsmith will make appearances on the island. James Trethewie, a fella who once took a crack at Sophie Monk on The Bachelorette, will be there, too.

Rachael Gouvignon, who appeared on Strahan’s season of The Bachelor and the last season of Bachelor In Paradise will duck back in, confirming the reality TV format is actually terrible for coupling people up in any meaningful way.

And, to round it off, another Alex – but one you may not have seen before. Alex Bordyukov, an insultingly shredded American cast off from their version of The Bachelorette, will be a novelty on the island for at least three minutes.

Bachelor In Paradise will debut on Australian screens at some point in the near future. Cannot wait.
