Ten Has Finally Revealed Just When The Hell ‘Australian Survivor’ Will Be Coming Back

It’s been a long few months without having Australia’s #1 adventure daddy Jonathon LaPaglia on our screens but fear not, for he returns to us later this month for the upcoming season of Australian Survivor.

After last season crowning Shane Gould as the reigning champion of the island, Australian Survivor will return to our TVs on July 24, bringing with it once again a collective of contenders pitted against some of the country’s biggest champions like NRL legends, big-wave surfers…and Steven Bradbury.

And I too, am hootin’ and hollerin’ over this lethal burn on Sue Clarke.

Now as someone who’s also chewing through all the old seasons of the US Survivor, I’m none too sure whether us Aussies should be going for another season of Champions Vs Contenders, and maybe we should be running a few more seasons of the regular old normies-fending-for-themselves-on-a-beach. Give me some more tradies trying to piece together a mind-boggling puzzle, or Sharon from accounts showing off her upper body strength.

But hey, I’m not complaining that we’re getting another season of Jon LaPaglia doing literally anything.

Anything.
Anything at all.
Literally anything. It’s all I need.

We’re yet to meet the extended gang of rag-tag Aussies headed to Savusavu, Fiji for 2019’s iteration of Australian Survivor, but there’s been hints and whispers that 2017’s King Of The Ratbags, Luke Toki, might be returning – considering there were flashes of him in the first trailer.

So grab your buffs and start your personal countdowns, folks. You’ve got t-minus 16 days until Australia’s reigning Jeff Probst understudy comes back to snuff out some more torches.

Game on, molls.
