WATCH: SNL’s ‘Lemonade’ Parody Ft Melania Trump As Bey Is A+ Satire

Saturday Night Live & Donald Trump have officially broken up.

First up, Trump finally took the bait and slammed SNL’s skewering of him on Twitter, calling a program he literally hosted eight months ago as an example of the ‘media rigging the election’.

And now, in a case of remarkable and (probably) coincidental timing, SNL have released a piss-take of Beyoncé‘s ‘Sorry‘, but replacing Bey & Friends with the Trump women: Melania (Cecily Strong), Ivanka (Emily Blunt), Tiffany (Vanessa Bayer), Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon) and Omarosa Manigault (Sasheer Zamata).

It’s both an exercise in wishful thinking and a fairly accurate portrayal of the campaign as it stands: Melania-as-Beyoncé tells Trump “Boy, bye” (if only), Omarosa quits the campaign in disgust (if only), and Mike Pence is seen looking for the back door (obviously accurate).

Also, it’s called Melaniade, which is just great. The infamous “Becky with the good hair” line is replaced by “You’d just be that guy with the weird hair”, i.e. Trump is nothing without these women defending him. Sadly not true, but a nice thought all the same.

Trump has yet to comment on SNL’s latest, but it’s not yet 3am in the United States, so…
