Watch Peking Duk Respond To #Tay4Hottest100

It’s been a pretty dramatic 48 hours watching the #Tay4Hottest100 hashtag blow up in music snobs’ faces – from “Shake It Off” being the 4th favourite contender to win Triple J’s Hottest 100 on Sportsbet, to 2nd yesterday morning, to now 3rd – the world’s biggest music poll has had a pretty huge TayTay shake up (or, shake off?).

What’s remained clear on Sportsbet and around the water cooler amateur betting discussions of Australia, however, is the leading contender for Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles – aka Peking Duk‘s – certified 2014 banger, “High”. It’s remained unwaveringly at the number 1 spot on Sportsbet’s odds during the whole Swifty debacle, which seems to be no mean feat.

So what have Peking Duk been voting for, and what do they have to say about “Shake It Off” potentially snagging first place? Watch below.

You can vote for Peking Duk in the Hottest 100 here or, if you’re keen on boosting Tay, some shit-stirring legend has put up a site making it even easier to vote for Shake It Off — votes close on Sunday night, so get to
