WATCH: No-Maj Or Anything, But The Final ‘Fantastic Beasts’ Trailer Is Here

NO-MAJ DEAL, but the final trailer for Harry Potter story ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them‘ is out and it’s pretty big.
Eddie Redmayne‘s Newt Scamander is joined by Colin Farrell, Ron Perlman, Dan Fogler, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Samantha Morton, Gemma Chan, and Jon Voight.
We finally know have a pretty decent idea of what the hell even happens in the film; a very well-dressed 1920’s New York City appears to under attack, which is so super weird because NYC *neeeever* gets attacked in movies.
It’s set a whole 70 years before ‘Harry Potter‘, and magizoologist Newt Scamander‘s suitcase full of strange animals appears to break open and wreak havoc over the US wizarding world.
There’s mutterings of an attack by Grindelwald in Europe, and President Picquery implies that something similar may happen in NYC.
If that name’s ringing a bell, Grindelwald is a famous wizard that Albus Dumbledore was best mates with, until that friendship corroded away and turned real bad. Dumbledore put him in jail in 1945 after an insane duel, and Grindelwald was incarcerated for more than half a century.
The trailer shows off plenty of recognisable and unrecognisable fantastic beasts from the wizarding world, a few ~HP~ references for those struggling to keep up.
Enjoy:

“Oh sorry, we call them Muggles.”
