After ‘Birdman‘, it’s kinda hard to imagine Michael Keaton movies that aren’t just one long, continuous, very stressful and nauseating shot. But give this a look-see!
Keaton is playing the McRole of Ray Kroc in ‘The Founders’. He’s one of the people responsible for causing us all to be this guy:
He’s one of the founders of the little takeaway place around the corner we know as ‘McDonalds’.
Kroc was a milkshake maker salesman, until he meets Mac and Dick McDonald (yes, really), the proprietors of a small California eatery who are serving up wholesome American food like burgers and fries, but have come up with ways to get it out fast as bloody lightning.
Ray really liked their efficiency and operations and jumps on board the McTrain, but that leads to some metaphorical cutting of business throats. And lets just say some people get rich AF and some people might not. Shocking, right?
It actually looks pretty dope (and it really makes us wish that Maccas restaurants still looked the way they do in this film):
