It was probably the best proposal of all time. OF ALL TIME. Footage has emerged of Kanye West‘s extravagant proposal to his baby mama and “new joy” Kim Kardashian, which involved an empty baseball field, an orchestra, fireworks, and the message “PLEEEAASE MARRY MEEEEE!!!!” blaring from the scoreboard.
Kanye can be seen down on one knee, offering up the reportedly 15 carat diamond ring (holy shit), before the newly engaged couple are rushed by family members and friends from the dugouts. Initially, the only real surprising thing about the proposal is that orchestra don’t appear to be playing a Kanye West track… but later in the video the happy couple can be seen singing along to All Of The Lights from Ye’s 2011 My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album, so everything is as it should be. Here’s hoping the Kimye marriage lasts longer than the Kardashian/Humphries 72 day fiasco.
