Easily one of the best things about the annual pilgrimage of all things good and nerdy that is the San Diego Comic-Con is the sheer effort that people put into their own magnificent, over-the-top, pitch perfect costumes. Half the fun of SDCC – or any comic convention for that matter – is simply wandering around the place checking out all the incredible getups that somehow still have a human inside of it.
And so with that in mind, Jimmy Kimmel mustered all the creativity he has from his kind of bland, not really that edgy, middle of the road brand of comedy, and came up with the bright idea to send his Jimmy Kimmel Live! team down to San Diego to ask a bunch of cosplayers if they’ve ever had sex in the costume they were wearing.
Despite kind of treating the whole ordeal as a typical brush off of nerds and nerd culture, some of the answers generated are actually pretty honest and funny.
