Jack Black and an unfortunate man in a giant panda suit gave an off-the-cuff performance of ‘Kung Fu Fighting‘ on TODAY this morning, a sentence that makes a lot more sense when you realise he’s in Australia to promote ‘Kung Fu Panda 3‘.
The films are next level successful – the last two raked in a sweet $US12 billion combined, and this one’s already pulled in $US327 overseas – with Black playing the hapless kung fu student / panda Po. In this one, Po meets his long-lost biological father, who is played by none other than everyone’s favourite meth dealer Bryan Cranston. WTF.
Community Season 1 fans will already be familiar with Black’s unnatural high kick ability…
…and based on this performance, we can assure you that Black’s hip flexors remain as loose as ever.
