The second trailer for Wonder Woman looks absolutely friggin’ incredible, but we’ve been burned by DC before.
Gal Gadot returns as the iconic superhero after her appearance in snoozefest Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, alongside bonafide babe Chris Pine as Steven Trevor, the dude who wants to save the world but needs Wonder Woman to do it. (I mean, finally.)
The downside to Pine’s role is that his character will act as Wonder Woman’s love interest, and her bisexuality won’t be acknowledged. The upside is his cheekbones.
Also appearing in this thing are House of Cards‘ Robin Wright and The Office‘s Lucy Davis (DAWN!!!), plus The Good Wife‘s Ramona Lytton.
This thing comes out June 2, 2017. Don’t let us down, DC.
