Watch: Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 Teaser

Here’s your first look at Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two, nerds. Halved to maximize sales, increase instances of nerd jizzing and curb a plus 300 minute running time, part one premiered to rave reviews and a $125 million opening weekend last November, heralding a darker-still permutation of the Potter universe. Based on this featurette part two looks just as sinister, celebrating the franchise’s decade-in-the-making finale with liberal use of the word “epic” and promises of the most spectacular set pieces yet. According to Emma Watson the script “ties up every single loose end” which is something audiences should hope for after emotionally/financially investing in eight movies in ten years. Real fans will already know how the saga ends but for those who only know Potter and his magical cohort via celluloid, the premiere can’t come quick enough.

Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 drops July 15.
