In the spirit of Hamish & Andy’s latest announcement, we’re going to keep this one pretty brief.
Australia’s most recognisable comedy duo have announced the title of their upcoming television project with a sneaky ad, so we now know to prepare for True Story with Hamish & Andy.
Just after the team announced they’d be giving radio a rest in 2017, Andy Lee said “people might dislike [the new show] at the beginning but will hopefully learn to love it.”
From what we can infer from that petite teaser, the duo pair will be working comedic goodness out of some ripper yarns. Truth be told, they’re at their best when they’re extracting laughs from everyday punters, anyway.
It’s expected to drop on Channel 9 in July, so hold tight for just a lil’ while longer.
