Over the weekend, as Storm Desmond battered the battered the United Kingdom, TV presenter Teresa Mannion shot to huge levels of viral fame thanks to her hectic, rain-soaked weather reporting.
Mannion – who just really, really, really wanted everyone to be safe from the storm – quickly became fodder for the internet’s meme machine, and found herself inserted into Titanic, Star Wars, Jurassic Park and more.
In a truly next-level display of video editing prowess, the Irish website Her inserted Mannion into Sam Brown‘s ’80s pop hit ‘Stop!‘, to continue spreading her urgent message.
You better stop before you make unnecessary journeys, indeed …
You better stop before you… MAKE UNNECESSARY JOURNEYS.
